Pentadeca
This is the new BPC-157. Probably the most popular peptide after Ozempic and Mounjaro. Popularized by the athletic community for injury recovery however also known to facilitate gut healing. Note that BCP-157 is WADA prohibited. (World AntiDoping Agency) Animal data is strong/novel for improving outcomes certain diseases but human data is lacking. Anecdotally I have patients that have returned to pain free status/full range of motion and exercise quickly. I always suggest optimize in healthy lifestyle, hands on therapy/massage and invested range of motion to be better in outcome than the general population. Also helpful for repair of digestive tract. Use is subcutaneous injection.
TB-500
The compliment to BPC-157 but works in with slightly different mechanics. Where BPC-157/Pentadeca originate from the peptide sequence of stomach origin, TB-500 originates from a fragment of our own TB4/Thymosin peptide. I prefer this one over Pentadeca but the combination is commonly used via sub-cutaneous injections. Prohibited under USADA/WADA.
Semax
A peptide nasal spray and analogue to our own ACTH. Small studies have been performed outside the US showing improvement in short term memory and attention. Mechanistically shown to increase expression of BDNF. Also thought to turn on serontin and dopamine pathways (not as impactful as Selank but often a compliment)
Tirzepatide
Referred to as Mounjaro when ordered through standard pharmacy. In studies Mounjaro works better than Ozepmic. Both are weekly injections however Tirzepatide is not only a GLP1 agonist but also has extra properities like mimicking GIP. (anedotally this provides less side effects compared to Ozempic.
Selank
A peptide nasal spray that works in a different way than Semax. Its similarities are in the support of cognitive function -nootropic effects. The best effect has been reported to improve anxiety and depression symptoms. This is not to be a substitute for your current medicines and best used for mild cases approved by Doctor.
